This research consists of two cycles with four main activities in each cycle, namely planning, action, observation, reflection. Data were analyzed using quantitative data. The subjects in this study were children with special needs at SMPIT Logaritma Karanganyar. Totaling 3 children. The data collection technique used is the observation technique. Observations were made directly at SMPIT Logaritma Karanganyar. The results of the analysis showed an increase, namely in the first cycle there were 35% of students getting an increased pass score, in the second cycle there were 90% of students getting a complete score. This study used evaluative analysis methods. Data collection techniques use documentation. The data analysis techniques used are calculating empirical validity, reliability, item difficulty, item differentiating power, and distractor functions in multiple choice question types through counter software, namely using ANATES software version 4.0 accompanied by data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that in terms of validity, overall the question already has a good rational validity, this is based on the results of a high content and construct validity analysis. Meanwhile, empirical validity shows that as many as 2 items of multiple-choice questions or 12.50% are declared valid, fill-in-the-blank questions as many as 9 questions or 75% are declared valid, and 5-point description questions or 83.33% are declared valid from all questions, both multiple choice, fill in and description. From the reliability of the questions, the form of the fill-in-the-blank questions includes a high reliability coefficient of 0.78 and for multiple-choice questions and descriptions are still relatively poor, the reliability coefficients are still low, namely 0.53 and 0.63. In terms of the difficulty of the questions, the multiple-choice type questions are still relatively not good, because the questions are still relatively too easy, namely as many as 10 (55.56%) multiple-choice questions. Then for the fill form questions, it is quite good, because the questions stated are sufficient as many as 10 (83.33%) of the total fill questions. The question of the type of description is quite good, because 3 (50%) of the questions from the fill-in-the-blank questions are classified as having a sufficient level of difficulty. from the distinguishing power of the items, in the poor category multiple choice type questions there are 3 (18.75%) question items, satisfactory there are 9 (50%) question items, good there are 4 (22.22%) question items, and excellent there are 2 (9.03%) question items from the entire multiple choice type questions. The design of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research subjects were students of class XI IPA SMA VIP Al Huda Jetis, Kebumen. in the odd semester of T.A 2022/2023. The research was carried out in 2 cycles on the subject of Faith in Allah's Books and Dare to Live Honestly. Data was collected using teacher and student observation sheets, interviews, field notes, and documentation. Technical data analysis consists of four components, namely starting from data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Then, the data is analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods intended to describe situations of a factual nature. The collected data is analyzed using data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of this study concluded that the formation of religious character in early childhood in Raudhatul Athfal Safinatunnajah Petanahan Kebumen was good which was adapted to the school's vision and integrated through school programs such as greetings, getting used to praying before activities, habituation to read Asmaul Khusna and short letters, habituation of congregational Dhuha prayers, commemoration of Islamic Holidays, activities in the month of Ramadan,&nbsp; infaq or shodaqoh, and manasik Hajj. Action research that combines qualitative and quantitative approaches generally faces challenges in its implementation. Action research considers alternative research designs that directly address the considerations regarding the strengths and weaknesses of qualitative and quantitative data. Practitioners of action research often emphasize the use of quantitative data and its analysis because quantitative data is easily obtainable, measurable, and generalizable. This inclination tends to relegate qualitative research to a supplementary role in the implementation of action research. The advantage of the quantitative approach lies in its ability to measure reactions from a large number of individuals through a limited set of questions, facilitating comparisons and statistical calculations on aggregated data. This provides breadth and a set of findings that can be generalized. Conversely, the qualitative method specifically yields rich and detailed data about a limited number of individuals and cases. While not easily generalizable, the qualitative approach offers an in-depth understanding of the context and complexity of a phenomenon. The background of this research is based on observations carried out at TPQ Nurul Hikmah Sampang that the interest in memorizing students is still lacking, students reason that they cannot read their letters, students think that memorizing is difficult, and low learning outcomes. In the process of memorizing lessons the teacher directly invites students to memorize together. Therefore, an appropriate teaching method is needed. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) uses the talaqqi method. The research was conducted in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing actions, observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were students of level II and III at TPQ Nurul Hikmah Sampang, totaling 22 students. Sources of data come from students, teachers, and observers. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques namely data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results showed that the application of the talaqqi method could improve the memorization ability of level II and III students at TPQ Nurul Hikmah Sampang. Based on the research, information can be obtained that there was an increase in the results of the oral test in cycle I indicating that there were 14 students who passed or 63.64% with an average score of 75.82. There are still many students who need to be improved in reading the Qur'an in accordance with the rules of tajwid science. Therefore, the use of appropriate and appropriate strategies is very important, in order to improve the ability to read the Qur'an in students from an early age. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation and influence of the yanbu'a method was applied at TPQ Daarul Muttaqiin Seliling village and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of the Yanbu'a method at TPQ Daarul Muttaqiin in improving the ability of students to read the Qur'an. In this study the authors used a type of qualitative research, so the presence of researchers in the field is very important. The type of data presented in this study is qualitative data, so the data analysis used is descriptive data analysis method. The results showed that the application of the Yanbu'a method applied by the TPQ Daarul Muttaqiin institution to improve the ability to read the Koran for students, namely: 1) Learning activities started at 16.30 WIB, 2) the method used was Yanbu'a, 3) getting used to memorizing daily prayers along with their meanings and short letters, 4) getting students to follow muroja'ah, 5) learning recitation subject, 7) conducting learning evaluations for students. The obstacles faced by the TPQ Daarul Muttaqiin institution in improving the ability to read the Koran are classified into two, namely internal factors and external factors.
