This type of research is field research with&nbsp; descriptive approach. The subjects in this study included parents who had early childhood and elementary school with a total of 12 people (5 Male, 7 Female). There are two data collection techniques conducted by researchers, namely (1) observation techniques, (2) interviews. </em><em>Data testing techniques to verify the validity of data in this study include extension of participation, persistence of observation, and triangulation of methods. The results of the research showed that parents complain about the lack of communication with their children when their children use gadgets and many children do not care about their parents' calls when using gadgets. This study uses Classroom Action Research (CAR), which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. Subjects in the research were 15 students of class IV SD IT Dasussalam Bayan consisting of 9 boys and 6 girls. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and document analysis. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out on the implementation of learning cycle I, it gets an average percentage of 77.30%. Meanwhile, in cycle II, the average percentage was 82.25%. So that in cycle II it is included in the very good category. Based on the results of student observations about the psychomotor development of students with the application of problem-based learning (PBL) models in the pre-cycle with an average of 52%, an average of 68.8% in the first cycle and 79.25% in the second cycle. Child development experienced an increase of 16.8% from pre-cycle to cycle I. Meanwhile, cycle I to cycle II was 10.45%. Leadership is an important for a capital policy holder such as the chairman, director, president and ministrerial ranks. Being the leader of an institution forces a person to always be the focus of the public (public figure). Nadhiem Makariem became an Indonesian public figure when he was appointed Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. Pros and cond responses are a phenomenome that often comes to Nadhiem Makariems leadership style and policies. Therefore, this paper will present a response in the form of a critique of Nadhiem Makariem’s leadership style and policies. The method used by the autor is a qualitative appoarch using interview techniuqes, literature and research and references that allude to Nadhiem Makariem’s policies and leadership style. From some of the processing of the data obtained, the autor gives the title “Nadhiem Makariem’s Leadership Criticsm of the Kurikulum Merdeka”. This research is qualitative research. The subjects of this research were 3rd grade students at SD Negeri 2 Sabranglor, Trucuk District, Klaten Regency. Research data was taken using test techniques. The research results were analyzed using interactive analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that there are five activities to optimize mathematics learning, namely preparing a learning implementation plan (RPP) using the NHT learning model with the Prezi application and the snakes and ladders game; create material with the Prezi application; make a game of snakes and ladders; carry out mathematics learning using lesson plans and learning media that have been prepared; and carrying out evaluations of students' mastery of the material after learning with the Prezi application and the snakes and ladders game. The use of the Prezi application and the snakes and ladders game had a good impact on grade 3 students at SD Negeri 2 Sabranglor, Trucuk District, Klaten Regency. This research is qualitative research. The subjects of this research were 2nd grade students at SDN 3 Kedungwinangun. Research data was taken using test techniques. The research results were analyzed using interactive analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study uses qualitative research with a type of phenomenology. The research subjects were in four MI, namely MI Islamiyah Yosorejo 01, MI Islamiyah Yosorejo 02, MI Islamiyah Kebondalem 01, and MI Islamiyah Kebondalem 02. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model which consists of data condensation, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the research show that the Continuing Professional Development Program (CPD) in Teacher Working Group 016, Gringsing District, Batang Regency in 2023 consists of self-development programs, scientific publications, and innovative work programs which can be categorized as low. This research approach is qualitative, using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model and data triangulation to check the validity of the data. Several approaches used in efforts to strengthen education marketing are the formation of a PPDB committee, the extended family approach, establishing collaboration with kindergartens, collaborating with mass media to attract public interest and online publications. Improving the quality of schools is supported by the existence of various superior and extracurricular programs to meet the needs of society in keeping up with increasingly advanced developments.
